Apologies – I posted this in the wrong section…

    Hi!

Thanks again for the 0_8_44 beta. I think there is a bug with ‘loop on curve’.

On a straight line with a number of triggers along it, every trigger on the line is fired at the point the cursor loops.

The problem does not occur with ‘loop roundtrip on curve’, and it doesn’t occur if the line is curved.

    Thanks
    ed

    Hello Stefano,
i think that You could try this: when the mouse is on the cross point of cursor and curve
    You will see the rectangular region with the limits from 0 to 1, either for x and for y dimension;
while the rectangular is visible You can move the cursor with Your mouse and
messages are sent with the coordinates of cursor in the range of the region
(default 0, 1). It depends either by the message sent, that You can edit.
I guess that You need to work on the range of the curve.
But some expert, that i am not, will explain better i hope,

    ciao,
    francesco.

For that you’ll need scripts. Have a look at the script called “Learn – How to manage received messages in scripts” and open the network/log tab to see what happen!

    Ok! That’s why it’s in beta 🙂
I’ll fix the bug before releasing. Thanks for experimenting this beta!

    Hi,
I am new to Iannix but I spend already many hours checking it out and I thing it is a great project. But still, I guess I found a couple of Bugs, or hopefully its just me missing something 😀

Everything works fine when I start a new project, I create some new objects edit “speed” and “position” etc… no problem… but suddenly… can´t create new object apart from “cursors”, and object selection never worked… I am just using the interface and am not using java… Iannix is running on Mac OSX 10.6.8.

Some advice on this would be cool

    Thanks

    Fusco
